Day 1: Upon arrival in Addis Ababa, You will be greeted with the company representative at the airport and transferred to Ghion hotel. (Depending on your arrival time we can arrange afternoon or after hour city tour)
Day 2: Addis-Bahirdar (55 min)
Fly to Bahirdar. Drive 35 km to Visit the Blue Nile Fall and PM Boat Trip on Lake Tana to visit the monasteries on Islands. Bahir Dar Tana Hotel
Day 3: Bahirdar-Gondor (180 Km takes four hours)
Drive to Gondor. Visit the 17th century Royal Enclosure, and attend the Eve Ceremony for Timket. Gondor Goha Hotel
Day 4: Gondor
Attending more the colorful Timket (Epiphany) Ceremony and in the afternoon visit other attraction sites, Debre Brihan Selassie Church. O/n Gondor Goha Hotel
Day 5: Gonder –Semien Mountain (122km takes 4 hours)
Drive to Semien Mountain National Park. Wondering the spectacular mountain scenery, spotting some endemic mammals and Hiking on this escarpment. Overnight Semien Lodge
Day 6: Semien Park- Axum (282 km takes 8 hours)
Drive to Axum alongside the scenic Semien Mountains range. Overnight Axum Tana hotel
Day 7: Axum – Yeha-Axum (55 Km takes 4 hours)
Visit the archeological sites and St’Mary of Tsion (Zion) Church the final resting place of the Ark of the Covenant. In the afternoon excursion trip, drive to the oldest temple of Yeha dating back 5th century BC via the historical town of Adwa. Overnight Axum Yeha hotel
Day 8: Axum-Lalibela (40 min)
Fly to Lalibela Visit the remarkable rock hewn churches of Lalibela and the old village in the town with thire traditional Tikul House. Overnight Lalibela Roha Hotel
Day 9: Lalibela
Visit the rest of the rock hewn churches in Lalibela and drive to see one of the famous rock churches outside Lalibela. Overnight Lalibela Roha Hotel
Day 10: Lalibela-Addis (takes 1 hour or 2:30 depends on the flight available).
Fly back to Addis City tour in Addis, shopping or optional leisure time in the hotel. We will dine in traditional restaurant then fly back to home.
