Contracts and agreements will be valid consequent after Footprint Ethiopia Tour and Travel confirmation of the booking by fax, e-mail, letter or telephone. Booking information may include full client’s name which might help for service provide such as flight booking.
A 30 % deposit is required upon booking the tour and the remaining balance can be payable before or upon arrival.
Ground Arrangements
All ground arrangements, such as flight bookings, reservation of accommodation, reservation of vehicles, etc. are to be made by the Footprint Ethiopia Tour and Travel on behalf of its clients. Unless stated otherwise, these arrangements will be subject to the booking conditions and cancellation provisions of the third party supplier involved if any.
Cancellations
If the confirmed booking is cancelled, cancellation fees will be charged. The charge is to be made according to the following rate: More than 45 days prior to arrival full refund; 30 to 45 days prior to arrival 75% refund of total tour price; 15 to 30 days prior to arrival 50% refund of total tour price; and Less than 15 days prior to arrival 25% refund.
Alteration of Routes /Substitution of Accommodation
Our tour operators takes every care to ensure that itineraries are followed completely. However, unforeseen circumstances (natural disaster, security problem, temporary restrictions by local authorities, etc) may necessitate changes and the Service Provider accepts no liability due to such alterations of routes or substitution of properties. Where properties are substituted, they will be substituted for equal.
Responsibility and Liability
Only the laws of Ethiopia govern Footprint Ethiopia tour and travel liability to clients transported in its own vehicles, and all claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the court of Ethiopia in which the cause of action arises. Although every possible care is taken to safeguard you and your property, Footprint Ethiopia accepts no liability for loss or damage of any personal effects.
Footprint Ethiopia Tour and Travel will dispose its best efforts to assist visitors when dealing with third parties such as hotels, airlines and other transport companies and travel agents. However, Timeless Ethiopia can not be held responsible for any loss or harm such as sickness, injury, death, or additional costs incurred due to denied boarding, overbooking, cancellation or delay caused by the third parties.
