We have recently returned from your Images of Ethiopia tour and felt we must let you know how much we enjoyed the visit and especially to bring to your notice the truly excellent services provided by the Ethiopian guide.

The tour was the most wonderful experience, and we have lasting memories of following Christianity and the bible from its earliest beginnings. The tour certainly lived up to your claim "it's our experience that makes yours".

The guide, Ermias Tadesse (Jeremiah to us) was the most courteous, kind, generous and more importantly, superbly knowledgeable guide we have experienced over a lifetime of travelling. He has a passion for his country, its history, culture and natural beauty and was eager to share this with us at all times. We also found the whole tour ran so smoothly in what we would regard as a newly developing country and we are sure this was due not only to the organizational skills of Jeremiah but also to the fact that he was always prepared to accept responsibility and exercise the appropriate authority to ensure we did not experience any inconvenience. Jeremiah was clearly well known and respected wherever we went and this meant that we were able to visit places and meet people that we might not normally have been able to do.

More interesting to stay longer in Omorate
It would be more interesting to stay longer in Omorate tribal village and at Turkana lake , which is less touristy. Guide: very positive, attentive, considerate and helpful. Very efficient, dependable. Good attention to detail. We were well taken care. We would highly recommend Footprint.

I would like to thank you for a wonderful trip. You did a great job with organizing everything, the hotels were fantastic and our transfers went smoothly. Thank you so much for being such a good guide to our Jules Verne group a few weeks ago (we arrived on 8 March) and making sure we had such a wonderful trip. I would have said thank you sooner but I was waiting for my photographs (I like this one of you). I have so many good memories of your country, the people, and everything we saw and have been telling everyone to visit. As well as the pre-arranged places, I especially enjoyed all the little extra stops you arranged for us – like the little walk to the farm and the tea stop at Woreta.
